ORDER FLOW

1. To place an Order

Please contact us when you are interested in our stock car.

Then, please inform us of your nearest port to give us the best CIF price from Kobe, Japan to your destination.

If you wish to have a car which is not in stock, let us know the model and your budget.

Then, we will look for a suitable one at auctions.

2. To make a Payment

When you decide to buy a car from our stock, please send the money by bank transfer.

We will proceed with the inspection and notify you of the shipment details

as soon as we can confirm receipt of the payment in full.

When you want to buy a car from an auction from us, please send us a deposit in the amount of JPY100,000-.

We will refund the money (minus the bank fees) if we cannot purchase a suitable one.

When we inform you of a successful bid, please send the balance within 3 business days.

Upon confirming your payment in full, we will make arrangements for the shipment of your order.

3. Documents

We will send you the shipping documents (e.g. Invoices, B/L) as soon as we receive the B/L after the shipment.
